Cottage Brook is a
small sub-division. There are 10 lots, one of which
includes an historic, charming, 100+ year old stone cottage thoroughly renovated and currently occupied by the developer for his primary residence. Cottage
Brook is an
architecturally themed neighborhood. The theme is best described
as "Country-Cottage" homes which are story and a half, dormered,
single-family homes.
Size range has parameters on both ends, approx 2000 - 3000 sf.
Exterior building materials, orientation of garage doors, and
external amenities are examples of details integrated in each approved
house plan to help ensure the successful establishment of a
neighborhood which is "reminiscent of yesteryear" and to protect
future property values of Cottage Brook residents.
